I feel that diet and execise are a big part of my long term survival. I am constantly asked on how I stay in such great shape. First, to be honest, genetics do play a big part, however, without being discouraged, with discipline and the right diet you too, can acheive your goals to a better self image. I must admit that my heart and soul are far more attractive, although I'm best known for my appearance and have been blessed by God to have this body. As for my face, that cost me. LOL!

With much of my work requiring me to be in supreme condition, I've got my workout habits and diet down pat. I rarely stray from tuna fish and pasta, with plenty of water each day. I allow myself one fat day a week, and boy do I look forward to that. I stand at 5'9", and 180 pounds, I eat 180 g of protein a day, and match that with carbohydrates, keeping my fat intake to a minimum. (It's not easy when all you eat is TUNA!)

First of all you should know that the way I look in these pictures (not just me, but other male models as well) IS NOT the way we look every day. Getting ready to be photographed takes a lot of effort and dieting, but once it's over I kick back and put a little mayo in the tuna. Also, take note that lighting and posing play a big part in what you the reader see. I don't mind getting a little jiggly, but I keep a careful watch for spare tires though. That means there's a new challenge. If you go on and on with hard workouts you end up bored and can hurt yourself. I've found out that after six or eight weeks of training, I can take a week off and actually grow in muscle size. My body is in repair mode, and I feel great. I'm still eating tuna though. My advice to guys who work out all the time is, If you don't feel like working out once in a while, don't! You'll be doing yourself and your body a favor.

My strong points lean more towards my chest, back and abs which is what genetics dealt me. I owe cardiovascular training to keeping my lean mass. Following are some of the exercises that I do to achieve my V-shaped physique and my abdominals. I'll also share with you my actual workout that I currently use.
